How do I create a listing?

Go to the Create tab, add clear photos, fill in the details (title, price, size, condition), and tap “Create Listing”. If you haven't completed your profile yet, we'll ask you to do that first.

How do transactions work?

Òjà Aṣọ is a classifieds platform. Buyers and sellers connect here and arrange all transaction details independently (payment, shipping, meetup). Òjà Aṣọ does not process or facilitate payments and does not charge transaction fees.

How do I report a problem?

You can report a listing or user in the app using the Report button. If you need extra help, email us at support@ojaaso.co.uk.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from the Profile screen in the app. If you can't access the app, email us and we'll help.

What if I have a dispute with a buyer/seller?

Most issues can be resolved by clarifying expectations in messages (condition, shipping, timelines). If you believe someone is scamming, harassing, or violating our policies, report them in-app and contact support.
